One and Two Piece Surface Mount Shields: Cost Effective Shields

OSCO’s One and Two Piece Surface Mount Shields are perfect if you are looking for a cost effective shielding solution with no tooling costs, delivered quickly in short lead times.

These shields are standard profiles in a pre-tin plated steel material supplied in a tape and reel packaging. The material can be changed to an Alloy 770 in the same material thickness, if required.

Our Surface Mount Shields are excellent for volume shielding applications offering the assembly operator a simple, “pick and place” process.

One-Piece Shields are ideal for applications where no inspection or repair of the shielded elements is required. However, if your application requires inspection or tuning, our Two-Piece Shield are more suitable.

Below are two tables that highlight all One Piece and Two Piece Shields with their appropriate part numbers. Drawings are available for each shield in the final column on the right-hand side of the table.
