Our Custom EPDM Elastomers / Profiles consist of a versatile EPDM core covered with a conductive Silver/EPDM (AgEP) outer jacket. They are available in multiple lumen extrusions, durometers and hardnesses, various materials and colour extrusions, in sizes from 0.040” to 3” plus.
Vanguard have the capability to produce in a single, co-extrusion or tri-extrusion and custom options are available for mechanical properties, chemical resistance and temperature resistance requirements.
The combined results in a profile resistant to abrasion, silicone outgasssing are eliminated and Phosgene gas does not deteriorate its performance. These tubes are therefore excellent in demanding applications as the are resistant to aging, weathering, ozone, steam and chemicals including acids and alkalis.
