With outer diameter dimensions of < 2Fr (0.66mm) to > 1 inch (25.4 mm) and inner diameter (lumen size) of 0.003 inch (0.075 mm) and incorporating your torque and flexibility needs for your application, we can produce a braid that can vary in flexibility over its length and the tensile and elongation properties are controlled to achieve your required features. Your finished tube can then be delivered in cut lengths or in bulk.
