Die-Cut Gaskets

Our Thermally Conductive Die-Cut Gaskets efficiently remove excess heat from electronic components to the surrounding environment. 

They are simple to install and easily conform to uneven surfaces between semiconductor packages and nearby heat sinks.

OSCO offer standard die-cut parts which are effective as a mounting cushion to prevent deformation.  In applications where a standard die-cut does not fit, custom designs are available in unlimited sizes and shapes.
