Thin Interface Material

SARCON Thin Interface Material are silicone rubber products with high thermal conductive properties as well as excellent electrical insulation properties, high flame resistance and are non-flammable.   Our material is available in tubes, tapes, cases and die-cut gasket shapes to meet your application requirements. 

SARCON GTR, GHR, GSR and GAR are heat conductive silicone rubber within Glass Fiber Cloth allowing for excellent mechanical and physical characteristics.
