Heat Sink Powerblocs

Powerblocs incorporate Pins rather than Fins.

With 48 Standard Profiles and improved tooling technology for impact extrusion, it is possible to achieve Powerblocs in dimensions up to 240mm x 160mm x 40mm with a high density of pins.

Powerblocs are the alternative to extrusion profiles featuring improved heat conduction due to their almost pure aluminium alloy (99.5%; 210 - 236 W/mK) and high density from forging. 

A bi-directional transfer of heat from the source allows for better conductivity, an increased performance and quicker heat dissipation.

Heat evenly dissipates in the base and the pin material for free or forced convection.  We are able to offer customised shapes by changing the base height and number of pins accordingly.
