Silicone Putty

SARCON Silicone Putty are highly conformable, thermally conductive, non-flammable interface materials.  The surface consistency is excellent for filling small air gaps and uneven mating surfaces, making reliable contact with various shapes and sizes of components.

SARCON GR-PM and PG25A feature very low compression force at high compression rates and are suitable for gaps as small as 0.3mm or less.

SARCON PG80A and XR-UM are the highest thermally conductive putty types with 13W/m-K and 17W/m-K.  Their putty material greatly contributes to the reduction of contact resistance and consequently to its low thermal resistance.  XR-UM-AL is also available with an aluminium film on one surface which enables the users to remove the carrier film after installation (before operation) with no pull-out effect.

Key Features of Silicone Putty:

  • Thermal Conductivity up to 17 W/m-K.
  • Suitable for gaps as small as 0.3mm or less.
  • Very low compression force at high compression rate.
  • Putty nature enables low contact thermal resistance.
  • Very Low Molecular Siloxane Content.
  • Flame Retardant of UL94 V-0 Specification.
